Introduction: Special Section on Dystopia

Abstract: The paper introduces the short essays of the dossier "The Dystopia project", which were presented in the framework of the concluding keynote panel for the “Living in the End Times: Utopian and Dystopian Representations of Pandemics in Fiction, Film and Culture”, presented by Cappadocia University, Turkey, on 13-15 January 2021. The panel was composed of members of the Dystopia Project, which is a collective of scholars drawn together by an interest in furthering our understanding of dystopia.
